Ll44 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between users and ll44.

To open an account with ll44, the following conditions must be met:

• Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be required as proof of age.
• One Account Policy: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: Complete and accurate information must be provided at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account termination at any time.
• Mobile number verification: A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required at registration and will be verified via OTP.
• Password Security: Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. You are solely accountable for all activity that occurs under your account.

Ll44 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on ll44:

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (one hundred BDT)
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT)

• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 30–60 seconds

Withdrawal Terms:

The following terms apply to all ll44 bonuses and promotions. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Welcome Bonus:

The following rules must be strictly followed for all betting and gaming activities at ll44:

Sports Betting:

• Minimum bet: ৳10 (ten BDT)
• Maximum single bet: determined by account tier
• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once accepted (except via the cash-out feature)
• If a match is cancelled, the associated bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded
• If odds change after publication, ll44 will accept bets at the updated odds.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the outcome will be determined based on saved system records

Account closure at the member's request:

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before submitting the request.

Account suspension or closure by ll44:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false information
• Bonus fraud or misuse of platform systems
• Engaging in match fixing or unlawful collusion with other players
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Violation of applicable laws

Any complaints or disputes at ll44 will be resolved through the following process:

1. Step 1: Contact our customer support team directly — most issues are resolved at this stage.
2. Step Two: If your issue remains unresolved, submit a written complaint. ll44 will respond within 7 business days.
3. Step 3: If both parties agree, disputes may be settled through neutral third-party mediation.

Ll44 is not liable for the following:

• If account credentials are disclosed to a third party due to the member's own negligence
• Legal issues arising from use outside of Bangladesh
